 This course if offered to those wishing to have specialized training in Adoption Reunion Counseling. We offer online and distance learning. So far, we have graduates in Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, and Ireland. On completion of the course material, tests and final project, the student is awarded a diploma as a Certified Adoption Reunion Counselor/Coach.

The course is a one-of-a-kind Transpersonal Psychology Course that takes a unique holistic approach to healing that incorporates the mental level, the emotional level, the physical level and the spiritual level, rather than just the mental/emotional level that traditional counseling addresses. Emphasis is placed on how the emotions create disease in the body, and how we need to balance all four levels in order to heal the wounds of adoption. We also examine how post-traumatic stress disorder influences the natural mother for as many as twenty to thirty years following the traumatizing event. Attention is also given to the imprints of adoption in adoptees that create various patterns of behavior on a subconscious level which often re-awakened in reunion. Another part of the course looks at various ways to help process the emotions and help reframe the past so that one is fully present in the moment.

Cost of the Course $1150.00  with books, shipping and personal instruction included.  Approximate completion time  is 4-5 months, according to how you pace yourself.  Students are expected to read the lessons, and extra books provided while in the course.    Instructor in the course is Heather Carlini C.M.Ht.  Heather is a certified medical hypnotherapist trained in psychoneuroimmunology (the mind body connection to healing) and EFT-ADV with twenty years experience in counseling.
